How do I make a return or exchange?
To be eligible for return, your product must meet the following criteria:
- Purchased within the last 30 days
- Be in a new and unused condition
If your product does not meet all of the above criteria, it may still be eligible for return under our warranty policy. Please refer to our warranty policy here.
Please note, footwear returns must be sent back as a complete pair. Incomplete or mismatched pairs will not be accepted.
If you did not purchase your item on teva.com you will be required to cover all return shipping costs to our warehouse. These costs will not be refunded back to you at the time your return is processed.
Whether you purchased your item online or in a store, you have the option to send your product back to our warehouse for an exchange or credit* within 30 days of original purchase. To start your return/exchange process, please click on the following link:
Please be sure to print and include your return form in the package with your shoes. Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested item is no longer available at time of return processing, a credit* will be issued.
If you are able to provide an order number for your teva.com purchase, a prepaid shipping return label will be provided to you at the end of the return request. You will be able to track your return here once it has been dropped off at any USPS facility. Please allow up to 3 business days for the package to track.
*Credits provided will go back to the original form of payment for any online purchase. A site credit will be provided for use on our site for any items not purchased directly from www.teva.com.
