Shipping Information

Our shipping charges are based on the method of service and the location. To make sure you receive the fewest shipments possible, we’ll do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we need to send you more than one shipment, we’ll only charge you ONCE for the charges that apply to the total value of your order. While we do not require signatures for most deliveries, we do recommend that you have someone available to accept the package.

Our warehouse is based in the United States and ships Monday through Friday. While we make every attempt to process orders on the day they are placed – only orders that are ordered PRIOR to 1:00 PM PT with next business day shipping will be guaranteed to ship out the same day – subject to order verification and credit approval.

FREE SHIPPING, FREE RETURN AND FREE EXCHANGE SHIPPING: Limited time offer. Ground Shipping is free in the Continental United States. Not available in Alaska and Hawaii. Return and exchange shipping is FREE for ANY customers who purchased their Teva product between April 2nd, 2014 and December 29, 2014 through our mail order, call center, or website within 30 days of the original invoice date. If you purchased your Product(s) during this time frame, we are happy to accept a return or an exchange at no cost to you.
